Bulleit Bottled in Bond Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 50%)

Bulleit Bottled in Bond is a Kentucky bourbon at 100 proof (50% ABV), in a 75cl bottle. It is the first Bottled-in-Bond release from Bulleit, made from the brand's high-rye mash bill and distilled by Bulleit Distilling Co. in Shelbyville. The whiskey is 7 years old and comes from the spring 2017 distillation season. This is the 2025 edition, with further releases planned. The nose is spicy and fruity. On the palate there are lightly toasted oak, maple and nutmeg, leading to a sweet butterscotch finish.
