Bulleit – Mesquite Smoked Malt Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 46.5%)

A limited edition Kentucky straight bourbon from Bulleit, bottled at 93 proof (46.5% ABV) in a 75cl bottle. It is the brand's first straight bourbon made without rye, and a special release. The smoked mesquite malt in the name sets it apart, and the whiskey is described as lightly sweet. The nose is caramelised sugar with a subtle hint of mesquite smoke. On the palate there is smooth, sweet vanilla and rich oak, and the finish is light, with a barbecue character.
