Bulleit Bourbon 10 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon aged for ten years and bottled at 45.6% in a 70cl bottle. It is built on Bulleit's high-rye mash bill and matured in new charred American oak barrels.
The palate is rich and velvety, with caramel, vanilla and dried orange peel, then toasted oak, maple syrup and baked apple. The rye adds hints of black pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg.
The finish is lingering, with rich oak, gentle smoke and sweet spice. It can be taken neat, over a large ice cube or with a splash of water.
