Bulleit 10 Year Old is an American bourbon matured in oak casks for at least ten years and bottled at 45.6% in a 70cl bottle. It is chill-filtered and has colouring added.
The nose is rich, with vanilla, oak and caramel, plus a touch of spice and fruit. On the palate it is sweet without being too sweet, with a gentle sharpness, the same vanilla, oak and caramel, and a hint of nuts in the background. The finish is long and warming, and the oak lingers longest.
