Bulleit Bourbon 10 Year is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 91.2 proof (45.6%). It was launched in 2013 as the brand's first age-statement bourbon, matured for a minimum of ten years in new charred American white oak.
The mash bill is 68% corn, 28% rye and 4% malted barley, the same as the standard Bulleit bourbon.
The nose offers toasted oak, vanilla, dried apricot, cinnamon and clove with a touch of marzipan. On the palate, cinnamon and oak lead into cherry, brown sugar, leather and rye pepper. The finish is long and smoky, with oak, tobacco and a hint of maple.
