Bulleit Bourbon (70cl, 45%)

Bulleit Bourbon is a Kentucky bourbon whiskey, bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle. It is medium amber in colour. The recipe is especially high in rye, blended with corn and barley malt, which gives a bold, spicy character. Special strains of yeast and Kentucky limestone-filtered water are part of the make. The nose is gently spicy with sweet oak. On the palate come maple, oak and nutmeg, followed by a long, dry, satiny finish with a light toffee flavour.
