Bulleit Bourbon is a Kentucky bourbon whiskey bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle. Its high rye content gives it a bold, spicy character.
It is made from rye, corn and barley malt, with special strains of yeast and filtered Kentucky limestone water. The colour is a medium amber.
The nose is gently spicy with sweet oak, the palate shows maple, oak and nutmeg, and the finish is long and dry with a light toffee flavour.
