This is a 10-year-old Islay single malt from Bunnahabhain, distilled in 2012 and bottled by North Star Spirits in 2023 for its Cask Series 023. It comes from a single ex-bourbon barrel that gave 227 bottles, each at a natural cask strength of 58.2% ABV, in a 70cl size.
It was bottled without colouring or chill filtration.
Bunnahabhain dries its malt with warm air rather than peat, so the spirit carries no peat smoke.
