This is a peated Bunnahabhain Mòine from Islay, matured for 22 years and then finished in a first-fill PX sherry cask. It was bottled as a single cask at cask strength, 53.6% ABV, for the German market by Sprithöker.
The whisky is natural colour and non-chill-filtered, and the release is limited to 624 bottles.
On the nose, rich peat smoke meets date sweetness, ripe plums and dark chocolate. The finish is long and spicy.
