Bunnahabhain – Toiteach A Dhà

Bunnahabhain Toiteach A Dhà is a single malt from the Islay distillery whose name means mouth of the river in Gaelic. Its whiskies are generally not heavily peated, but this bottling uses peated malted barley and pairs it with a higher sherry influence. Bunnahabhain does not chill-filter its single malts. The nose combines peatiness with hints of sherry and rich oak. On the palate, warming peat gives way to sweet Oloroso sherry and oak, balanced by a delicate pepperiness.
