This Bunnahabhain was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2024 at 15 years old, at a cask strength of 54.2%. It comes from the unpeated side of the Islay distillery and is an independent bottling by Duncan Taylor, in a 70cl bottle.
It belongs to the Octave series, in which the whisky is given a finish of several months in sherry octave casks of about 50 litres. It is bottled without added colour and without chill filtration.
The flavours combine white chocolate and naan bread with earthy notes, caramel and pistachio.
