Stiùireadair is a Bunnahabhain single malt without an age statement, bringing together the distillery's sherried and salty sides. It combines whiskies from bourbon, sherry and refill casks, and it is unpeated. It is bottled at 46.3%, non-chill-filtered and with no added colour, here in a 20cl bottle.
The nose combines dried fruit and creamy caramel with hints of brine, vanilla, nuts and spice. The palate is creamy, with dried fruit, sea salt and caramel, joined by nuts and gentle spice. The finish is long, with dried fruit lingering.
