Bunnahabhain – Stiuireadair (70cl)

Stiuireadair is a Bunnahabhain single malt in a 70cl bottle. The distillery stands on the north of Islay, set in a cove that shelters it from the worst of the sea. Its maturation warehouses sit along the coast, so the whisky has as much contact with the sea air as possible. This edition is unpeated and matured mostly in former sherry casks. It has the energy of an Islay malt, without the peat.
