Bunnahabhain – Stiùireadair

Bunnahabhain Stiùireadair is an Islay single malt whose name, pronounced 'stew-rahdur', means 'helmsman' in Scots Gaelic. It is a sherried whisky, bottled at natural colour and without chill-filtering. The character is coastal, with a brackish edge. Sea spray and dried fruit are the notes that stay on the lips, bringing to mind Bunnahabhain Bay.
