Stiùireadair is a Bunnahabhain single malt that pays homage to the distillery's shoreline on the north-east coast of Islay. It is bottled at 46.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in first and second fill Sherry casks, with a leaning towards a coastal style of malt.
The nose is briny, with toasted sugar and caramel-drizzled raisins. The palate brings honey-roasted nuts, cinnamon and clove, with a touch of sea salt. The finish has sherried peels and chilli chocolate.
