Bushmills – 10 Year Old Single Malt Sherry Cask Finish (1L)

This is Bushmills 10 Year Old Single Malt, a limited edition Irish whiskey with a sherry cask finish, in a 1 litre bottle. It spent its first ten years in ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in Oloroso sherry casks, hand-selected by Bushmills Master Blender Helen Mullholland. The nose is of dark fruits, prunes and figs. Fruit gives way to figs, vanilla and honey on the palate, with raisins, praline, aromatic spices and rich Spanish oak. The finish is long, with fruity and spicy notes lingering.
