Bushmills – Black Bush

Bushmills Black Bush is an Irish whiskey from the Bushmills distillery on the north coast of County Antrim, Northern Ireland. The distillery has been producing whiskey since 1608, and malt distilling, blending, maturation and bottling all take place on the one site. The blend uses a high proportion of malt whiskey matured in former Oloroso sherry casks, together with a sweet, batch-distilled grain whiskey. This gives rich, fruity notes and a deep, intense character, softened by a notable smoothness.
