This is a 21-year-old Irish malt whiskey from Bushmills, finished in Madeira casks and sold in a 70cl bottle.
The Madeira finish is what sets this edition apart. It is best enjoyed at room temperature, when its character opens up fully.
On the palate, ripe malt comes first, followed by raisin and, in places, a note of milk caramel.
