Bushmills 21 Year Old is an Irish single malt bottled at 40% ABV. It was matured in Bourbon and sherry casks, then finished in Madeira casks. The nose brings tropical fruit, caramel and woody spice. On the palate come ripe fruit, dark chocolate and hazelnut. The finish is long, with soft, fruity notes.
