Bushmills Steamship Sherry Cask is a triple distilled Irish whiskey from the Bushmills distillery in Northern Ireland. It belongs to the Steamship collection, which recalls the first voyage of the SS Bushmills in 1890, when the ship carried Bushmills whiskey to America. This release marks a 125th anniversary. As the name says, it was matured in Oloroso sherry casks. The palate offers ripe pineapple, soft rum-soaked cherry and thick chocolate. The finish is light and fruity, with a little cinnamon.
