A Langhe Nebbiolo DOC from Cà del Baio, produced on the gentle slopes of the Langhe where a unique microclimate and soils rich in marl and sandstone favour optimal ripening of Nebbiolo. Craft vinification brings out smooth tannins, vibrant acidity and aromas of rose, violet, mature cherry and earthy notes. Ageing in oak barrels gives a soft structure and depth of flavour. It suits traditional dishes such as braised meats, red meats and aged cheeses, and invites slow tasting.
