Scharffenberger Brut Rosé Excellence (70cl, 12.5%)

A California sparkling wine from Mendocino County, made by the traditional method with a second fermentation in bottle. The cuvée is Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with fine bubbles, a creamy texture and fresh rosé fruit. It shows a pale salmon pink colour, with fresh raspberry, wild strawberry and a hint of pastry on the nose. The palate is round, fresh and fruit-led, with lively structure and a long, elegant finish.
