A white wine from the hills of Friuli made from the native Ribolla Gialla grape. It is vinified to preserve aromatic freshness and fruit fragrance.
It is bright straw yellow, with delicate aromas of green apple, pear and a subtle hint of alpine herbs. On the palate it is fresh, savoury and harmonious, with pleasant acidity that makes it light yet persistent.
Ageing takes place mainly in steel. It pairs well with seafood starters, light fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
