A Traminer Friuli DOC from Ca' Modeano, made from high-quality Traminer grapes grown in an area with favourable climate and temperature variation that supports intense aromas. Ageing takes place in steel, preserving fruit purity and elegant structure.
In the glass it is bright straw yellow. The nose shows complex aromas of rose, delicate spice, lychee and citrus. The palate is enveloping, fresh and slightly spicy, with a savoury balance that encourages drinking.
It pairs well with aromatic fish dishes, fresh cheeses and light oriental cuisine.
