Cadenhead's Original Collection Glen Moray-Glenlivet 16 Year Old 2007 (46%)

This is a Glen Moray single malt from Speyside, bottled by William Cadenhead in its Original Collection. It was distilled in 2007 and matured for 16 years in Bourbon casks, then bottled in May 2024 at 46% ABV. The long Bourbon maturation brings together ripe fruit, vanilla sweetness, nuts and creamy dessert notes, with cocoa and cinnamon spice. The nose offers ripe banana, banana sweets, light muscovado sugar, walnuts and icing sugar. On the palate come crème brûlée, white chocolate, vanilla sponge and subtle earthy notes. The finish brings cocoa powder, cinnamon sticks and warming spice.
