This is a Glen Moray single malt from Speyside, a bottling from the 2000s without an age statement.
The nose is light, with a faint minerality, and opens to cooked cereal and honey sweetness. On the palate it is sweet, with vanilla and a little salted caramel, alongside cut grass, apple, lemon, and hints of tropical fruit and milk chocolate. The finish is of medium length, slightly drying and warming, with lingering lemon.
