Caisteal Chamuis 12 Years Old is a Scotch whisky finished in sherry casks, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV.
It was first re-aged in 230-litre American oak casks that had held Oloroso for five years and were sent straight from a bodega in Jerez de la Frontera. It then spent time in specially made 500-litre European oak butts, which had also been seasoned with Oloroso in Spain.
