Campbeltown Loch is a blended malt Scotch whisky created by J&A Mitchell of Springbank Distillers Ltd. It brings together all five single malts made at Campbeltown's three distilleries, and takes its name from Campbeltown Loch. The malts were matured in a mix of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, then vatted and bottled at Springbank Distillery at 46% ABV. The tasting notes describe salted caramel, brown sugar and creamy coffee, with gentle spice, nuttiness and a touch of peat smoke, set against a maritime character.
