Canadian Mist is a Canadian whisky made from a blend of corn, rye and barley. It is aged in oak barrels for at least three years. It is generally described as smooth and flavourful, with a balanced profile and a pleasant texture. It is drunk in mixed drinks, over ice or straight. Opinions differ on taking it straight, and it is reported to taste a little better chilled than at room temperature.
