Cantina Colli Ripani Passerina Marche IGP BIO Vegan

A white wine from Cantina Colli Ripani, made from the native Passerina grape grown on the hills of Marche. It is produced under organic standards and certified vegan, with no animal-derived products used in production. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures to preserve the grape's fresh character. The wine is pale straw with greenish reflections, with aromas of green apple, white peach, delicate floral notes and light minerality. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with freshness and acidity matched by a soft mouthfeel, leaving a clean and pleasantly persistent finish. It suits light starters, vegetarian dishes, fish and aperitifs.
