Rosso Piceno DOC Superiore BIO Vegan - Cantina Colli Ripani

A red wine from the Marche, made by Cantina Colli Ripani, certified organic and vegan. It is composed mainly of Montepulciano and Sangiovese, harvested by hand, with traditional vinification and prolonged maceration. It is intense ruby red, with a bouquet of blackberry, cherry and light spices, plus a subtle trace of vanilla and cocoa from a brief passage in barrique. On the palate it has a medium-full body, with fresh acidity and soft tannins, and a persistent, warm finish with red fruit and a light balsamic note. It pairs well with roasts, game and aged cheeses, and can also be enjoyed on its own.
