A white wine from Cantina Colli Ripani, made from Pecorino grapes grown in the Marche hills.
The grapes are hand-harvested, usually in the first days of September, then gently pressed and fermented at controlled temperature. It is bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, with aromas of ripe white fruit, green apple and pear, aromatic herbs and minerality. On the palate it is lively and fresh, with good structure and a pleasantly dry finish.
