A white wine from the Marche, made from the native Passerina grape. Grown on hills in the Marche, where the temperate climate favours balance between acidity and aroma, it is fresh and fragrant. Its ageing preserves vivacity, with delicate aromas of white flowers, white-fleshed fruit and light mineral notes. Supplied in a 3 litre bag in box, it suits antipasti, fish dishes and delicate first courses.
