This is a ten-year-old Islay single malt from Caol Ila, distilled in 2016 and bottled by Signatory Vintage in its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It was finished in first and second fill Oloroso sherry butts, and bottled at 46% ABV without chill-filtering or added colour.
The combination is described as bringing together strong peat smoke, dark fruit, creamy caramel and spicy oak.
