Caol Ila 16 Year Old 2010 Unicorn is a single cask Islay single malt, distilled in 2010 and bottled in October 2026. It matured in a single first-fill Oloroso sherry hogshead and filled 275 bottles at a natural cask strength of 54.2%. It is natural colour and non-chill filtered.
The label shows a unicorn inside the Caol Ila stillhouse, looking across the Sound of Islay towards the Paps of Jura.
Tasting notes mention raisins, orange peel, dark chocolate and roasted nuts around soft peat smoke, sea spray and sweet malt.
