This is a Caol Ila single malt from Islay, distilled in 1975 and matured for 21 years. It was released in Diageo's Rare Malts Selection and bottled at a natural cask strength of 61.3%, in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky is natural colour and non-chill filtered. It was matured in oak casks and is described as combining elegant peat smoke, maritime salinity, citrus freshness and a rich malt character.
