This is a single cask Caol Ila from Islay, bottled by the Swiss independent bottler C. Dully Selection in a 70cl bottle. It was filled into a bourbon hogshead on 6 October 2010 and bottled on 29 October 2025 at 15 years old, at cask strength of 56% ABV. The cask gave 266 bottles.
The nose is fresh, maritime and peaty, with lemon zest, green apple, vanilla, sea wind, wet shingle and honey. On the palate smoke and sea salt come first, then lemon cream, vanilla, light caramel and malt, with oak spice, white pepper and fennel seed later. The finish is medium to long, with citrus, light smoke and vanilla oak.
