A 25 year old single malt from the Caol Ila distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV.
The nose opens with lemon zest, oily smoke and a note of bonfire toffee. On the palate it is sweet, with lemon juice and oak, then leather, black pepper, spiced ginger and a sugary sweetness.
The finish is long, oily and peaty.
