Caol Ila – Cask Strength 18 Year Old 2007/2026 (56.1%)

A single cask Caol Ila from Islay, bottled by Signatory Vintage at a cask strength of 56.1% ABV. It was distilled on 25 April 2007 and bottled on 23 February 2026, with no added colour and no chill-filtering. The whisky spent 18 years in a first fill Bolgheri wine hogshead, a cask that held Tuscan wine, and the cask yielded 295 bottles. The wine wood brought dark berry notes and a Mediterranean fruitiness that sit alongside the salty Islay smoke. Maritime smoke and dark berries mark its character.
