Caol Ila Moch is an Islay single malt bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
On the nose it combines green apple and sweet hay with kippers, lemon bonbons and charred porridge oats. The palate opens with light, sweet fruit, soon joined by gentle woodsmoke, and the finish brings a fresh hit of lemon oil.
