Caol Ila Moch is an Islay single malt, bottled at 43% abv and sold in a 70cl bottle. Moch is the Gaelic word for dawn.
The name points to the start of a new day breaking, slowly drawing Caol Ila out of sleep and picking out the shoreline of its small wooded bay. The whisky is described as soft, smooth, clean and fresh.
