Capovilla Acquavite Pinot Noir 2015 is a distilled spirit from selected Pinot Noir grapes of Alto Adige, aged in oak barrels. It shows intense aromatic complexity with delicate ripe red fruit, vanilla spice and a hint of bitter almond. The palate is soft yet enveloping, with balance between sweetness and freshness, and a persistent, slightly spicy finish. It pairs well with dark chocolate and dried-fruit desserts.
