A 2013 grappa from Capovilla, distilled using a bain-marie method for gentle heating. It is intended as a post-meal digestif and is best served at room temperature in glasses designed for grappa.
The nose offers complex, balanced aromas of ripe fruit, vanilla, hazelnut and chocolate. On the palate it is exceptionally soft, with a structure that coats the mouth while retaining freshness through elegant acidity. The finish is long and soft, with a lingering echo of the delicate aromas.
