A grappa distilled by Capovilla from Chardonnay pomace selected from Billecart vineyards. It is distilled in small copper stills using traditional methods and is clear and crystal clear in colour. It can be enjoyed neat, slightly chilled or as a base for cocktails, and is presented in a 50cl bottle.
