Capurro Quebranta Pisco (70cl)

Capurro Quebranta is a Peruvian pisco in a 70cl bottle, made from grapes alone. Nothing is added between harvest and bottle, not even water. The grapes are hand harvested in small baskets, macerated and gently pressed once. The juice ferments only with wild yeasts, then is distilled once in copper pots. The pisco rests for at least a year without touching wood and is bottled at still strength.
