Cardhu 15 Year Old is a Speyside single malt from a distillery once called Cardow, set high on the hills on the north side of the Spey Valley. It comes in a decanter-style bottle with a beechwood stopper.
The nose is sweet, with vanilla and honey, background sherry spice with hints of red fruits, and wood notes of fresh sawdust and resin. On the palate it is creamy and smooth, with a gentle tingle.
