Cardhu 18 Year Old is a Speyside single malt bottled at 40% ABV. Cardhu is a key component of the Johnnie Walker blends and the brand's spiritual home.
The 18 year old is amber in colour and is described as combining a rich aroma with a complex flavour, opening slowly and showing a soft, well-structured character.
The nose is very fruity, with pear, plum, blackcurrant and pineapple. On the palate, fruit is joined by chocolate, caramel and cocoa. The finish is long, distinct yet gentle.
