Cardhu 18 is a Speyside single malt matured for 18 years in oak casks. The distillery draws soft spring water from the Mannoch Hills, and its history is tied to Helen and Elizabeth Cumming, who shaped Cardhu in 1824. The nose brings ripe pear and dark plum, with blackcurrant and a touch of pineapple. The palate is silky and full, with a note of chocolate set within dense fruit. The finish is long, leaving a fine, bittersweet impression of pure cocoa.
