Cardhu Amber Rock is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is double matured in toasted American oak casks that were seasoned with Bourbon. That second maturation is said to add silkiness and roundness to the Cardhu character, along with vanilla, spice and hints of oak.
It is typically described as tasting of citrus and honey, with fruit, spice, sweetness and fresh vanilla.
