Cardhu – Amber Rock Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 40%)

Cardhu Amber Rock is a Speyside single malt, double matured in toasted American oak casks. Its name comes from its distinctive colour. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. Cardhu was founded in 1811 by Helen Cumming and her husband, and her daughter-in-law Elizabeth became known as the 'Queen of the Whisky Trade'. The nose is vanilla, citrus and oak. The palate moves to deeper vanilla and creamy chocolate, and the finish is spicy and sweet.
